Lee Chae Eun 

 A family trip to Jeju in 2023 was my best moment with my family. My parents planned a trip for me, as I was tired of my daily routine as a high school senior. My sisters also helped me take my mind off school. It was such a heart-warming memory that made me realize my family is always there for me.

 My family’s best moment is the memory of my family trip wandering around Goseong, Gangwon-do, on bikes. We came across a cafe that sold omija (magnolia berry) tea in a very small town, and rested under the shade.

 One of the best memories with my family is watching a play and having good food on Daehak-ro, when I was in elementary school. To this day, when I visit Hyehwa, it reminds me of the feeling of that time.

 My unforgettable moment was when my family and I played with each other's hair at home. My parents are hairstylists, so ever since I was young, they used to cut my brother’s and my hair, and sometimes they put on funny wigs for us. Those rare but special moments made even the simplest days feel joyful and memorable.

 I vividly remember the moment I got accepted into university. When we saw the result, we cried tears of joy. That day reminded me that no matter how tough life gets, my parents are always the ones who stand by me, and support me the most.

 Last winter, I went on a family trip to Busan. It was windy and rainy, and we huddled together under just two umbrellas as we explored local markets and tourist spots. Despite the gloomy weather, the delicious street food and the closeness we shared under the umbrellas brought more joy than annoyance. I still remember how warm and connected we felt that day.

 One memory that remains clear in my mind is when I ate ramen on a stormy day at the beach. While everyone else had left due to the rain and wind, we stayed. Under a single umbrella, we protected the flame of our portable stove and managed to cook ramen. We were soaked and cold, but that simple meal we shared in that moment has lasted in my heart even after more than ten years.

 I think my best moments are when I spend time with my younger siblings. We do lots of things together. Just having fun and being happy together makes me feel good. My siblings are not only family, but also my best friends—always by my side in both happy and tough times.
