We’ve become used to looking at things as electronic machines have developed and people’s use of SNS has revitalized. As we did this, the health of eyes has become gradually worse. You might not have cared about this problem, but now you should be careful to protect your eyes because winter makes your eyes dry. So, the Pharos will introduce some effective ways to exercise your eyes to keep them moist and help you recover good eyesight.

 

 

 

Roll your eyes to avoid dry eyes, Xeroma!

 

 

1. Roll your eyes three times up and down, then left and right.

2. Close your eyes, and try to make as big a circle clockwise as you can with your eyes! After doing it three times, then do the same thing in a counterclockwise direction.

3. Massage the prominent part of your face around your eyes by gently making a circular motion.

4. Press both sides of your eyes softly with two fingers.

5. After making your hands warm by rubbing them together, press your eyes against your palms.

 

 

Train your eyes to become younger!

 

 

Perspective exercise

 

The only thing you need is one finger! First, position your finger 15 centimeters in front of you and look at it. Then just keep watching your finger while you move the finger slowly toward and away from your face. For this exercise, you have to focus on watching your finger move.

 

Light and shade exercise

 

It is a way to exercise your eyes by using the fact that our iris’s size changes under light and shady conditions. It is similar to the previous exercise which we introduced. First, set a desk lamp about 15 to 20 cm in front of you and make the room dark. Then turn the lamp on for about 10 seconds and off for 5 seconds. If you repeat it continuously, you can reduce the tiredness of your eyes.
