However clothes are a necessity in our daily lives. Fashion will change with our changing lifestyles as COVID-19 increases interest in health. Fashion trends are going around and new trends are falling in line with social trends. With the increase in indoor activities due to COVID-19, people prefer light clothing. This phenomenon is expected to bring about a minimal look, which is practical fashion, and training clothes that are convenient for activities. This is the result of the preference for comfortable clothes with soft materials rather than stiff clothes.

 The material of clothes is a factor that influences changes in fashion. In addition, there are factors that influence trends. The elements of clothes are color, item, fit, trend and pattern. They are factors that affect the change in clothing fashion and they change with the times. For example, in spring, a bright color system that creates a warm and fresh atmosphere is popular. In summer, a blue color system that creates a cool and sea atmosphere is popular. Changes in materials that seek comfort also show changes in factors according to flow. These factors of fashion can be used to express the atmosphere of one`s preferred style and to express one`s characteristics through materials.

 Due to COVID-19 in 2021, men’s fashion has also changed. In terms of color, gray and yellow colors, which symbolize recovery and hope, were selected as the colors of the year by PANTONE because we want to recover from the sadness caused by COVID-19. Genderless fashion, a combination of colorful colors and masculine suit fashion, is expected to become popular. In terms of fit, long pants that cover shoes and wide pants are expected to be in fashion, taking over the retro-trend in 2020. In terms of patterns, both colorful and simple feelings are expected to become a trend in fashion, unlike last year.

 Changes in women’s fashion will continue to be retro-style in reference to the 1980-90’s. Therefore, women show off their personality through wide shoulder fashion and bucket hats, which shows off the street atmosphere. The basic item of a minimal look is layered with see-through material. In addition, a new transformation is expected in combination with artistic colorful print logos and a comfortable training suit, which is a popular product due to COVID-19.

 Using trend changes, even if you are not interested in fashion, you can decorate your own unique style using a few fashion points. However, trends do not suit everyone.
