Defeat Your Spring Fatigue!

 When spring has come after a long winter, it can be easy to feel tired. Furthermore, various symptoms are also present, such as indigestion, dizziness, and difficulty concentrating, so many people experience becoming less efficient in their studies or tasks in this season. However, you don’t have to worry too much about spring fatigue because spring fatigue is just a temporary symptom that can be overcome by simple
stretching and proper food intake. From now on, let’s find out about some simple stretches and foods to help you overcome spring fatigue.

 Stretching

① The first move is to shake your body. You just sit on a chair and shake your body. When you do this, your biorhythm will recover and it can make you feel comfortable.

② The second stretching move is to pull your toes. First, sit on a chair and hold it. Second, stretch your knees and waist. Last, stretch your toes as much as possible until you feel the toes are fully extended. This stretch helps to refresh your mind by promoting the circulation of blood.

Food

① Getting enough vitamin B1 and vitamin C is especially important for overcoming spring fatigue because vitamin B1 helps carbohydrate metabolism and vitamin C helps strengthen immunity. Vitamin B1 is abundant in beans and grains, so if you eat multi-grain rice instead of white-polished rice, it will help you replenish your energy. Also, it
helps you diet because it is low in calories.

② Among spring foods, strawberries are rich in vitamin C and easily accessible because strawberries can help reduce stress and strengthen immunity, they are very helpful for overcoming spring fatigue. Also, spring greens such as shepherd's purse and mugwort have the same effect as strawberries because they are abundant in vitamins and minerals. Plus, they can introduce you to the scent of spring.
